Refund and Returns Policy for Foam n Flame

At Foam n Flame, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, eco-friendly handmade crafts and natural candles. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for any concerns about your purchase.

 

Returns

 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns must be initiated within three days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable, as they are created specifically for your request.

To start the return process, please email us at info@foamnflame.com with your order number and the details of the product you’d like to return.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

 

We will exchange items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, contact us at info@foamnflame.com with photos of the issue within three days of delivery. We will arrange to replace the damaged product at no extra cost.

 

Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom orders (including personalized candles or crafts)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition

 

Shipping Returns

 

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: Doha, Qatar

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at info@foamnflame.com with pictures of the damage. We will ensure you receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card company, as the refund may take some time to be processed.
